Dishes at the 6 p.m. event will be paired with beverages from the Southern Tier Brewing Company of Lakewood.
Chef Dimitrios Menagias's menu:
- Southern Tier cask-conditioned Pumking (8.6%) Pumpkin and plantain mofongo with wild boar and garlic pecan sauce.
- Southern Tier Harvest (6.7%) Seared ostrich with beet greens, barley and lentil salad.
- Southern Tier Oak-aged Backburner (9.6%) Berbere rack of venison with wild mushroom stew. Southern Tier Creme Brulee Stout (9.5%) Spiced creme brulee with hazelnut wild boar bacon brittle.
