Christian Noe, chef-owner of the catering company Nighthawk’s Kitchen, will be the guest chef, serving a special menu from 6 to 10 p.m. Items will be sold a la carte as part of Noe's participation in the Rising Star Chefs Competition that is part of the annual Wine & Dine for the Arts festival.
