Cookbook author Dede Wilson coming to Hudson

HUDSON -- Dede Wilson, author of 13 cookbooks and a contributing editor to Bon Appetit magazine, will be making an appearance at Verdigris Tea.

Wilson will be dispensing tips and techniques for making doughnuts and, a new dessert fad, cake balls, during her 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, December 15, visit. She also will be signing copies of her new books, "Cake Balls" and "A Baker’s Field Guide to Doughnuts."

Wilson has worked for more than 25 years as a TV cooking series and radio talk-show host, restaurant chef, bakery owner, caterer, recipe developer  and product spokesperson.
