The admission by Frank Popolizio of Niskayuna to one count of felony criminal tax fraud came Friday in Schenectady County Court during his arraignment on an 11-count indictment, including the most serious charge of felony grand larceny.
Visiting Schenectady County Judge Polly Hoye told Popolizio, 65, that his penalty hinges on how much restitution he makes before he is sentenced on Jan. 25 and on a pre-sentencing report.
