Former Castelo's restaurant for sale in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY -- Attention wannabe restaurateurs. The restaurant space at 183 Nott Terrace that has been languishing since Castelo's closed there in 2010 is up for sale.

A bankruptcy court has ordered the property, located just off State Street, to be sold, at an asking price of $240,000.

The structure is 31 years old. It was home to Castelo's, an Italian/Greek operation, from 2001 to 2010. Before that, it was the Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant and other businesses.

The building and half-acre plot is listed by NAI Platform.
