Large portions of Broadway, the main street, will be closed to vehicular traffic to allow visitors and role-players to stroll the thoroughfare.
Musicians, magicians, singers and costumed strollers will be on Broadway throughout the day. All restaurants and other businesses will be open.
Auto traffic will be handled in a variety of ways through reserved parking areas and garages, and the CDTA will run free trolley shuttles every 20 minutes from 4:30 to 10:30 p.m., leaving from the Empire State College parking lot at 111 West Avenue and the Oklahoma Track off I-87 Exit 14, and the Weible Avenue Skating Rink lots.
