Bootlegger's delivers meal boxes for Unity House

TROY -- Bootlegger’s on Broadway tends, for the most part, toward satisfying thirsts. But for this holiday season, it's broadening its food service.

The restaurant and pub today donated 100 meal boxes to Unity House, a local charity organization. Each box is meant to feed four people. The food boxes each contain a turkey or a ham, green beans, peas, stuffing mix and rolls.

Unity House says families connected to it may pick up their boxes at its Street Ministry Services at 309 Eighth Street between 9 am. and 3 p.m. Thursday.
