MENANDS -- Ethnic food festivals abound in the Capital Region, but they usually are of the Italian, Greek, soul food varieties. Here's something a little different.
The Turkish Cultural Center Albany (TCCA) will host a Community Friendship Dinner at 6 p.m. this Saturday (January 26) at the TCCA facility, 291 Broadway, open to the public
Turkish food and desserts will be served. Reservations, which can be made by calling 951-0309, are $7 for adults, $5 for chidren 6-12, and free for children under 5.
The TTCA us a non-profit charitable organization devoted to promotion of understanding among people in the Capital Region from diverse cultural backgrounds.
