Need help coming up with interesting dishes for Sukkot? Saveur magazine has come up with a collection of 16 of them from around the world, appropriate for the annual Jewish holiday that this year will fall on Wednesday, October 15.

Sukkot, also spelled Succot and Sukkos, is known as the Feast of Tabernacles. It is one of three Pilgrimage Festivals on which the ancient Israelites would travel to visit the Temple in Jerusalem.
