DELMAR -- Executive Chef Ken Ruud has some imaginative offerings on the just-released fall menu at Normanside Country Club's restaurant One Six Five.
For example, among the small plates: Potato Pancake Roll (prosciutto, spinach, apple chutney, caramelized shallots, boursin, balsamic reduction); Cider Glazed Pork Flatbread (braised pork, Brussels sprouts, caramelized onions, cider BBQ sauce, Monterey Jack), and Braised Lamb Risotto (farro risotto, baby arugula, lamb jus, feta).
A few others from the sandwich and entree lists: Honey Mustard Crispy Chicken Sandwich (crispy buttermilk chicken breast, bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomato, honey Dijon mustard on brioche roll); Mediterranean Trio (farro risotto, Greek style sausage, sauteed spinach, asiago, olives, balsamic reduction; open ravioli, asparagus, roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella, fried leeks, caramelized onions; gnocchi, mushrooms, garlic, Parmesan basil pesto).
