July's most-read 'Notes On Napkins' posts

A pair of my commentaries were among topics on the list of most-read postings on this blog in July.

"Commentary: Troy heading for perfect commercial storm," concerning the opening of a Starbucks and proposed creation of a Sonic Drive-In adjacent to it in a shopping complex on Route 7 where traffic tie-ups are commonplace, drew the most readers among the month's 88 postings.

"Commentary: About that Whole Foods corporate apology," which looked negatively at the chain's public comments following the revelations of its customers being short-weighted on many products in Colonie and New York City stores, finished fourth.
