Tickets, priced at $75, are available online. In addition to dinner stations, there will be an auction and a cash bar. The menu, to be prepared by Sperry's executive chef Philip Fitzpatrick, will use meats, vegetables, fruits and herbs from ASA conserved farms.
The ASA is a community-supported land trust dedicated to protecting local farmland from encroaching development. Working together with interested landowners and active supporters, its goal is to protect 24,000 acres by the end of 2020 and to ensure a future for local agriculture.
