The Epicurean Bistro & Wine Bar has a pair of special autumn dinners in the works, one featuring wines and the other whiskies.
Celine Dela Ventura of Compagnie Medocaine will guide guests through five wine regions of Bordeaux, France, at 7 p.m. Thursday, November 19. The menu, being created by chef Claire Pogue, will pair five wines with five food courses.
Then, on Thursday, December 3, Pogue will pair up her food with a flight of four single malt whiskies from Balvenie distillers of Scotland’s Speyside region.
