• Braised Tiashoke Farm (Buskirk) beef

• Mac n' cheese made from Wheatfields  (Clifton Park & Saratoga Springs) fresh pasta and Battenkill Creamery milk (Salem), stuffed in a fresh Moses Farm (Eagle Bridge) pepper

• Cole slaw made with produce from Happenchance Organic Farm (White Creek)

• Homemade potato chips made at Slack Hollow Farm (Argyle) using Moses Farm's potatoes

• Gringo Jack's (Manchester Center, VT) chips and salsa

• Apple cider donuts made by Weeb's Fish Fry (Hoosick Falls) using local cider

• Beverages will be from Brown's Brewery (Troy and Walloomsac) Adirondack Winery (Lake George), and Perry's Orchard (Eagle Bridge), with Vermont Hard Cider Company (Middlebury, VT)  offering tastings of two new cider flavors

Live music will be provided by The North and South Dakotas, Carryin' On, and Together Again. A silent auction will highlight locally made products from Kontoulis Family Olive Oil, Hoosick Rails Jewelry, Ed Levin Jewelry, Orvis, Hay Berry Farm, Shadow Brook Pottery, Roosevelt Grooming Co., Rad Soap Co., Spring Brook Farm Distillery, Tuthilltown Spirits, Berkshire Mountain Distillers, Don Taber Custom Carpentry, Hillrock, Nine Pin Cider Works, and Shipyard Brewery, among others.
