Campbell recalls SpaghettiOs over choking potential
Campbell Soup Company announced Thursday it is voluntarily recalling 355,000 cans of Campbell's SpaghettiOs after pieces of red plastic were found in what it says are "a small number of cans."
The plastic that peeled off of the cans' lining posed a "potential choking hazard," the company said, adding that the "issue was identified after the company received consumer complaints."
The affected cans are the 14.2-ounce size and contained the date February 22, 2017 stamped on the base.
Consumers who purchased the product may return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
