This is a very easy to drink cocktail that its creators guarantee "will put some fire in your sporran ready for real Scottish Highland ice and winds." Having experienced the blustery Highland weather, I can attest to the need for fortification.
1½ measures of your favorite Scotch whisky
½ measure apricot brandy
1 measure orange juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
Put all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, then strain into a large, chilled cocktail glass with a few ice cubes, and sip through a straw.
