The classes are designed for hands-on activity, as well as instruction on how history, culture, and cuisine in Russia have influenced each other.
Classes will be held on the Tuesdays of February 2, March 1, and April 12. The course is being designed in conjunction with the New Russian Cultural Center. Registration is required, priced at $60 for ICCR members and $75 for others.
