Save the date: Craft beverage and food pairing

LAKE GEORGE -- This is a heads-up for an inaugural event from the fledgling Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail. It's called "Pairing: A Celebration of Craft Beverages & Food," scheduled for Saturday, February 6.

The venue will be The Lake George Forum on Route 9. Tickets, which already are available online, are priced at $40 for VIP admission, $30 for standard admission, and $20 for designated drivers.

A variety of savory and sweet dishes paired with beverages from Trail breweries, distilleries and wineries will be available to all attendees. There also will be private tastings with a group of makers and chefs, live entertainment, and other attractions. More details will be announced closer to the event date.
