Wine pairing dinner at The Restaurant at the Pointe

LATHAM -- The Restaurant at the Pointe and Southern Wine & Spirits are teaming up for a four-course wine pairing dinner.

The event, scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 28, will include a menu created by chef Steven Campbell that will include, among other things, braised chicken braciole, braised short ribs, and seared salmon, paired with a variety of wines.

Reservations, priced at $29 per person, may be made online or by phone.
