|New digital ordering kisok|
A just-completed McDonald's, constructed on the site of an older version of the chain link at 3003 Route 50, will offer digital kiosk ordering, table service, a fresh modern decor, a revamped children's play space, and a double-drive thru. The new venue will mark the debut of the prototpye in the Capital Region.
The restaurant, owned by franchise holder Joe Gialil, is scheduled to open at 6 a.m., followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand reopening celebration at 10.
Among the new menu options will be McDonald’s Signature Crafted recipes that allow customers to craft their sandwiches by selecting 100 % beef or grilled or crispy chicken, picking an artisan roll or sesame seed bun, and choosing from one of the three new signature recipes – maple bacon Dijon, pico guacamole, or sweet BBQ bacon.
After purchase at the kiosk, guests’ orders are delivered to tables in the new interior that feature flat panel TV sets and free WiFi. But, for those preferring the time-honored ordering process and counter pickup, they will remain.
