Local craft beverage tasting, sale at State Museum

The 3rd annual "Drink Albany"  craft beverage market and tasting event is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, October 6, at the State Museum.

The event, sponsored by the Capital Craft Beverage Trail, wil be held on the fourth foor of the museum on Madison Avenue. General admission tickets include a souvenir sample glass. All of the New York State-produced craft beverages will be available for take-home purchase. Tickets are available online, although the earlybird tickets already have sold out.

The museum's carousel will be running from 6 to 8 p.m. for complimentary rides.
