Troyasia Night Market set for October 12 downtown

TROY -- The 3rd annual Troyasia Night Market is set for next Friday, October 12.

The downtown community block party will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. at the 4th Street municipal parking lot between Congress and Ferry streets. Stringed lights, paper lanterns, K-pop vibes, and Asian street food will be made available by local vendors.

Korean BBQ dishes will be provided by K-Plate Korean BBQ and Sunhee's Farm and Kitchen to go along with southeast Asian street food, Japanese-inspired eats by The Little Rice Ball, and beverages with Asian flair offered by Superior Merchandise Company at its location across the street from the lot.

In addition, music by DJ Don Datta, an outdoor ping-pong table, and other Asian attractions will add to the market-style atmosphere. The event will be held rain or shine.
